Mom is Home metal print by Randy Hall. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. Artist's Description
I returned to the spot where I observed a goose on her nest a couple of days ago. At first I was disappointed to see the "nest" abandoned. After waiting for a bit, I saw a couple of geese swimming up the river. They made their way out of the water and walked up to the stump, the whole time watching carefully to make sure their weren't any intruders.

While the gander stood guard, the goose slowly made her way all the way around to the back of the stump to make sure everything was safe before she jumped up on the stump. Once there, she did a little housekeeping before settling onto her nest. The gander took up his sentry position, and all was back to normal.
