Winter has arrived on Vancouver Island. We've had a week of wet snow and freezing temperatures, not a common occurrence in this part of the province. This evening glow was a welcome sight after a day of snow.
Randy Hall is a Vancouver Island photographer specializing in nature photography, whether it is capturing natural settings such as seascapes or forest landscapes or the plants and animals that inhabit this part of British Columbia. Thank you Joni. A little deception here though. The "snow" is actually a 30 second exposure flattening out the waves on the bay. No worries though. I thought it looked like a snow covered field as well. :)
