Winter has arrived on Vancouver Island. We've had a week of wet snow and freezing temperatures, not a common occurrence in this part of the province. This evening glow was a welcome sight after a day of snow.

Thank you Joni. A little deception here though. The "snow" is actually a 30 second exposure flattening out the waves on the bay. No worries though. I thought it looked like a snow covered field as well. :)
